What you need to check

Stamp duty is a tax you pay when you buy property. You can get this once in your life. Approved cards are the Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card and Veteran Gold Card. Foster Child and Carer Allowance Health Care Cards do not count. You must move in within 12 months and stay for 12 months in a row. First home buyers must choose this or the first home buyer deal.

This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
