What you need to check

You must live in the City of Rockingham and have a Pensioner Concession Card or Health Care Card. A Seniors Card does not count. There are four schemes, each up to $150 a year. Adults can claim once a year per household for home safety items and for items that cool your home. People aged 60+ can also claim for home aids and equipment, and for technology. Send the signed form with the paid tax invoice and a copy of both sides of your card, within four months of buying. The City says not every claim is guaranteed.

This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
