What you need to check
Your household must have less than $5,500 in cash and savings. Your income must be under a limit, for example $1,454 a week for one adult. The rent must be no more than 60% of your income. You cannot own a home. Bond Loan Plus adds 2 weeks’ rent in advance. In a housing crisis, a Rental Grant of 2 weeks’ rent may also help, which you do not pay back.
