What you need to check

This is for people aged 16 to 24 who need a safe, stable home. In the first year you pay 25% of your income plus all of your Commonwealth Rent Assistance. Homes NSW pays the rest to your landlord. It can last up to 3 years. You must be homeless or at risk of it, and able to get social housing. You must be studying, training or working (or trying to). You must work with a support service.

This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
