What you need to check

Own and live in your home in Blacktown? You can get up to $250 a year off your rates. If you have paid rates in Blacktown for 5 full financial years, the council adds up to $200 more. You need a Pensioner Concession Card, or a Veteran Gold Card marked TPI or EDA (for seriously disabled veterans). Health Care Cards do not count. If you become eligible during the year, you get part of the rebate from the next quarter.
