What you need to check

You must own and live in your ACT home, and one of these must fit you: you are 65 or older and own at least 75% of your home outright; you have a Health Care Card or Low Income Health Care Card; you get an eligible pension; or you are in serious money trouble. You pay the rates back later, or when the home is sold. A low rate of interest is added while you wait.

This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
