What you need to check

You must get the Age, Disability or Service Pension, or have a WA Seniors Card. Children under 16 listed on an eligible card are also covered. Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card holders cannot use it. It is for a pair of prescription glasses or contact lenses. To claim, ask your optometrist or optical dispenser for a Spectacle Subsidy claim form when you buy your glasses. They must sign it.

This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
