What you need to check
This is only for some towns in the hot north and inland of WA. You must live in a listed town and have air conditioning at home. Families can get it if they have children on a Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card or Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card. Seniors can get it with a WA Seniors Card plus a Pensioner Concession Card or Commonwealth Seniors Health Card. The number of months depends on your town. We do not ask where you live, so check the town list.
This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
