What you need to check
All current and former Australian Defence Force members who live in Victoria can get this card, including reservists. Civilian staff of the ADF cannot. It gives $100 off the registration of one vehicle, free trailer and caravan registration, no fishing licence fee, a free marine licence, and free public transport on Anzac Day and Remembrance Day. It is different from DVA cards. Apply once through Service Victoria and it never needs renewing. To get the registration discount, use your current driver licence as one of your ID documents when you apply.
This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
