What you need to check

Victorians with a Pensioner Concession Card, a Victorian Seniors Card or a Victorian Carer Card can register. Dependants on a Pensioner Concession Card cannot get them. People in Melbourne get two off-peak vouchers a year, and people in regional Victoria get four. The vouchers are paperless, and you only need to register once.

This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
