What you need to check

You must live in Victoria and be an Australian citizen or permanent resident. You must have a significant, permanent disability and be unable to take part without a carer giving a high level of support, for life. It is not for a temporary disability. A health professional fills in part B and signs your photos. Assessment takes at least 8 weeks, and waits are longer than usual right now.

This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
