What you need to check

It is for the home you live in. The power account must be in your name, and you must be listed first on the bill. You need an eligible concession card or Centrelink payment. Most people get it as a credit on their bill. People in residential parks, or who make their own power, get it paid into their bank. Once you get the concession, you can also look at the SA Concessions Energy Discount Offer.

This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
