What you need to check
Your carer or companion goes in free when you buy a ticket at a participating venue. You must live in South Australia, or be here on a valid visa. You must have a lifelong, severe or profound disability. Because of it, you cannot join in at all venues without a lot of care. Not everyone with a disability gets a card. To apply, download the form or phone 1800 667 110 for a paper copy. Add your supporting documents and one passport-style photo. A health professional or NDIS provider must sign parts of it. Post it to SA Companion Card, Reply Paid 292, Adelaide SA 5001. No stamp is needed.
This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
