What you need to check
You must live in Queensland for at least 6 months of the year. You must be 65 or older and work under 35 hours a week. People aged 60 to 64 also need a concession card or a Veterans’ Affairs card. The card helps you get discounts such as cheaper car registration, the electricity rebate and free public dental care. You can join it with a go card (the TransLink travel card) as a Seniors Card+go.
