What you need to check

This scheme lends or pays for aids and equipment so people can live at home. Examples are mobility aids, continence aids, home oxygen, communication aids, special footwear and artificial limbs. You must live in Queensland permanently and have a lasting, stable condition or disability. You also need a Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card or Queensland Seniors Card. A health worker approved by the scheme must assess you first.

This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
