What you need to check
NSW residents can claim back M5 South-West Motorway tolls, not counting GST (the 10% goods and services tax). The car must be registered in NSW for private, pensioner or charity use. You need a toll account with a NSW toll company. You can only claim from the first day of the month you sign up. You claim each quarter, and claims made more than 12 months after the quarter ends are not accepted.
