What you need to check
For NSW children aged 4½ to 18. Their parent or carer must get Family Tax Benefit Part A or B, now or last financial year. Voucher 1 for 2026 must be applied for and used by 31 December 2026. Voucher 2 must be used by 14 July 2027. Apply online with a MyServiceNSW Account, which needs details from two identity documents. You also need the child’s Medicare card and your Centrelink reference number. You can also call 13 77 88.
