What you need to check
This is for parents whose baby was stillborn, at 20 weeks or more, or weighing 400 grams or more. You or your partner would have been the baby’s main carer. Your family income must be $79,955 or less for the 6 months after the birth. You cannot get it and Parental Leave Pay for the same baby. Residence rules apply. It is paid for each stillborn baby and is not taxed.
