What you need to check

The Heart Health Program is a free 12-month program of weekly exercise and health talks. You can do it in a group at a gym, or on your own by phone and online with a health coach. It is for returned veterans and peacekeepers, and ADF firefighters, who have not done the program before. You need operational or peacekeeping service. You also need your GP to say you are fit to start. Call Corporate Health Management on 1300 246 262. Travel costs are not paid.

This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
