What you need to check

This is for ACT students aged 5 to 19 at primary school, high school, college or CIT Year 12. The student, or their parent or guardian, must have a Pensioner Concession Card, a Health Care Card or a Veterans’ Affairs Health Care Card. The student’s name must be on the card. The student needs their own MyWay+ account. Primary students must live more than 1 kilometre from school. Older students must live more than 2 kilometres away. Travel is free Monday to Friday during school terms. Apply online 4 to 6 weeks before term starts.

This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
