What you need to check

For ACT residents with a Pensioner Concession Card, from Centrelink or Veterans’ Affairs. A Health Care Card also counts if you have had it for 3 months or more. Family members named on the card can get help too. The Commonwealth Seniors Health Card does not count.

This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
