What you need to check
It is for renters and home owners with a Pensioner Concession Card or Low Income Health Care Card, or with an income under the limit set by a government low-income rent scheme. An expert visits and shows you ways to use less energy and water and keep your home comfortable. You also get an energy-saving kit and help to seal gaps that let in draughts.
