## What you need to check

The home must be your main home, in the City of Sydney. You need a Pensioner Concession Card from Centrelink, or an eligible Veterans’ Affairs card. Download the form. Send it by email or post, or take it to a customer service centre. If you apply late, it can be backdated to the start of last financial year.
