## What you need to check

It covers water access and usage charges for homes in the South East Queensland water grid area. You need a Pensioner Concession Card or a Veteran Gold Card. You must own the home (or have the right to live there for life) and live there. You must also be responsible for paying the rates. It covers one property only.
