## What you need to check

This is for ACT residents with an eye condition that keeps getting worse and makes daily life hard. You need a Pensioner Concession Card (from Centrelink or Veterans’ Affairs), or a Health Care Card you have had for at least three months. Children and others named on the card can get help too. The Commonwealth Seniors Health Card does not count. You can get this as well as the Spectacles Subsidy Scheme.

This is a short summary. Other rules may apply, like income or where you live. Check the full rules with the agency that runs it.
