## What you need to check

This is for ACT home owners in money trouble who often struggle to pay energy bills. The program pays the full cost to replace all your gas appliances with electric ones. This includes heating and cooling, hot water and cooktops. It also adds ceiling insulation if you need it. Afterwards your home is cut off from gas. Care Financial Counselling, a money help service, checks if you qualify.
