unclaimd is a small, independent website. We reply to every message by email.

**Please don’t include** ID, card, bank, tax file, Medicare or Centrelink numbers, or passwords. We never need them.

## What we can’t help with

We can’t tell you if you will get a payment, and we can’t check or lodge a claim. We can’t see your Centrelink, myGov or other government records.

For those, contact the government agency named on the listing. Its official page has its phone number and other ways to get in touch.

## Who we are

unclaimd is an independent website, made in Western Australia. It is not a government service. Our [privacy notice](https://unclaimd.org/privacy/) says who operates it.

## If you are deaf or find it hard to hear or speak

Email works well for us. To call a government agency, you can use the [National Relay Service](https://www.accesshub.gov.au/).
